Learning how to build connections with professionals in the industry I was pursuing help me land my dream job. My profile went from 1-2 views a week to over 40…by recruiters and talent managers! The additional exposure, adding in relevant skills from job postings, and utilizing LinkedIn Premium features gave my profile the extra boost it needed and and advantage over other candidates who applied for the same job. Luckily for me, I had already connected to the hiring manager who reviewed my application on LinkedIn.
